The concept is similar to when you do a workout for your body in that you put your skin through a series of treatments to help it change it's composition and structure, repairing cellular DNA through several skin cycles.   Each workout is customized specifically for the client. It is designed to change the things that bothers one most, whether it be pigment, fine lines and wrinkles or texture, and restore the skin to a healthier state.   After a complete health and wellness consultation to determine what underlying conditions and lifestyles may be leading to the current state of one's skin there is a skin evaluation followed by a program recommendation. The modalities can range from Microcurrent, Collagen Induction Therapy (Microneedling), LED, microdermabrasion, peels and more.   The treatments may be changed-up as the sessions progress and home care product use is critical to supporting clinical treatments and maintaining results.     There are results in the first treatment and the results build each time.   Here are some photos of some recent clients' results.

We know our diet can play an important role in the health of our skin.  The more clean we eat, the better our skin looks for a variety of reasons.  Decreasing sugar, increasing antioxidants, helping with inflammation, and less chemicals mean less chance of reactions in our body that present on our skin.  Newer research, however indicates that Omega 3 and also the balance between Omega 6 fatty acids are also very important, especially in the case of acne.   WebMD  lists Omega 3 fatty acids among the must-haves for your skin because of how it supports the health of the cell membrane, and also because the Omega 3 fatty acids help the body reduce production of inflammatory compounds.
